Kansas City Chiefs Vs San Francisco 49ers
Well, in a not so shocking turn of events, the Kansas City Chiefs are back in the Super Bowl and ready to cement their legacy as this decades dynasty! Patrick Mahomes has been flawless, so far, in the postseason and the rest of the team has stepped up and cleaned up the loose ends that plagued them throughout the regular season. The big change with this team, though, is the defense. This is the best defense in the Mahomes era and they have looked damn good in the postseason. Making some of the top quarterbacks this season look mediocre from Tua, to Josh Allen, to the league MVP Lamar Jackson. This defense has locked it down and they will be tough for the 9ers to get it going, but if there is a team that can do it, it is this 49ers team. San Francisco is easily the most talented team in the league and their roster is head and shoulders above the Chiefs, except for Mahomes, but outside of him the 9ers have some of the top players at each position offensively and defensively. But throughout the entire postseason every opponent the Chiefs have faced has had the more talented roster and they still get the win. I guess this is why they are the defending champs? I’ve picked against the Chiefs all postseason and I’m not doing it again. Winners win and this team knows how to win when it matters the most. The 9ers are going to have to take this one away from Mahomes if they even want a chance, but he’s been too damn good in every matchup up this point and I don’t see him slowing down in the biggest game of the season.
