MLB Championship Series Predictions

2018 MLB Championship Series Predictions

ALCS

Boston Red Sox Vs Houston Astros

The Astros looked pretty much unstoppable in the ALDS against the Indians, who are not a chump team, but they looked like one against the Astros. The Astros pitching has continued to dominate and the batting lineup has continued to score a ton of runs. The Astros look even better and more confident then when they made their run last season. The Red Sox should give them a run for their money because they are a similar team that should matchup very well against the Astros. The Red Sox have been very consistent this season in most areas, except with their pitching. The starting lineup is solid, but they can easily get knocked around and this Astros batting order is not one to make a mistake with because they will make you pay. The Astros are playing at another level right now and it doesn’t look like they are about to let up until they win the Championship!

NLCS

Los Angeles Dodgers Vs Milwaukee Brewers

Well now it’s time for the Brewers to show us who they really are because they are facing a damn good team with everything on the line! The Brewers have been a solid team from start to finish and they showed no mercy against the Rockies in the NLDS, but this is going to be a completely different team coming up in the NLCS! The Dodgers have been up and down this season and haven’t really found any consistency, but currently they are on fire! I wouldn’t be surprised if a couple games end up with a high scoring shooutout because these are two of the strongest batting lineups in the NL. The Dodgers have the edge in this matchup because of their starting pitching. They have one of the best pitchers in the league in Clayton Kershaw who is as reliable as they get and looks to be healthy and back in form. The Dodgers starting pitching can go the distance, but I’m not sure I can say the same for the Brewers. The Brewers have a good starting rotation with a solid bullpen, but this Dodgers team is lights out on offense right now and they don’t look like they are about to cool off!
